I did so, directly from their Canary application. Then they turned around and told me that those were encrypted and that I should do something else, yet they didn't specify exactly what.

I mean, if their own program can't do this, what am I supposed to do? I eventually copied and pasted all of their log data into an email and sent that. Since then, I haven't heard jack from them.
